Can I return/exchange an item?

No.

That was blunt af, and we know it sounds harsh, but let us explain. All of our clothing is made to order, meaning when you place an order, it's printed just for you, no one else. So because its custom to you, returning it to us would be useless because we can't sell to anyone else (as we don't hold stock). Of course we could suck it up and take the loss however, with the profit margins we're operating on here, that's not feasible and we'd be run into the ground in a matter of weeks.

Again, it sucks massively whenever someone reaches out asking if they can swap or return but we just couldn't do it another way. The made on demand model allows us to offer you affordable prices, fuck loads of designs and constant new products. 

However, if the product arrives damaged, please email (sechclothing@gmail.com) or DM us on Insta (@sechclothing) and we can sort this out for you. 

We hope you understand, and our advice is to make sure you get the correct size, we will always put the measurement of each size, and if you want an oversized fit (the best fit in our opinion) then go 1-2 sizes up.
